Registration Fees

• Thespian & Delegate: $95

• Paid Chaperone: $95

• Troupe Sponsor: 1 complimentary (plus 1 additional complimentary sponsor for every 20 students)

• Late Registration: $110 (November 1 - 17)

Note: Each school receives one complimentary sponsor registration, regardless of troupe size. Schools also receive one complimentary chaperone registration for every 20 paid students, with a maximum of 3 complimentary chaperones per troupe.

Invoicing

• Invoices will be sent weekly beginning October 1st through November 17th

• If you need to add students, email info@tnthespians.org with the number of students to add/remove and include first and last names.

• Once payment is received, no refunds or adjustments will be made.

Required Forms

Every participant (sponsors, chaperones, delegates, clinicians, and presenters) must complete the MTSU Participation Agreement.

• Troupe Sponsors: Complete the attached form listing all attendees on one form (new this year).

• Additions after the initial submission may use the individual form provided.

• Completed forms should be scanned and uploaded to your troupe’s Google Drive folder (access provided after your registration form is submitted).
