Registration Fees

• Thespian & Delegate: Starting at $95 (This is early bird pricing until October 1st!)

• Paid Chaperone: Starting at $95

• Troupe Sponsor: 1 complimentary (plus 1 additional complimentary sponsor for every 20 students)

• Regular & Late Registration: $100 (October 2 – November 15, 2026) | $110 (November 16 – December 15, 2026)

Note: Each school receives one complimentary sponsor registration, regardless of troupe size. Schools also receive one complimentary chaperone registration for every 20 paid students, with a maximum of 3 complimentary chaperones per troupe.

Invoicing

• All invoicing happens in the portal. A preliminary Quote can be generated at anytime. Generate your invoice when you are ready to make the payment. Read more in the Registration Guide

• Once payment is received, no refunds or adjustments will be made.

Required Forms

Every participant (sponsors, chaperones, delegates, clinicians, and presenters) must complete the MTSU Participation Agreement.
