Each year, Tennessee Thespian Conference (ThesCon) brings together hundreds of passionate theatre students from across the state. Two of the biggest highlights of the conference are the College Auditions and the College Fair, where students have the unique opportunity to showcase their talents and connect directly with participating colleges and universities.

The Tennessee Educational Theatre Association is proud to partner with TN All-State to provide a streamlined and professional audition experience for students.

We love welcoming colleges to ThesCon to connect with students, share program offerings, and help them explore their next steps after high school. At Tennessee EdTA, our mission is to encourage students to pursue their passion in every area of theatre — and to show them that continuing their journey in higher education and training is possible.

Who Can Participate

We welcome participation from universities, colleges, community colleges, post-high school conservatories, and applied skills programs and institutes.

How to Participate

If your institution is interested in attending ThesCon 2026:

1. Review the College Information Sheet (linked below).

2. Complete the College Registration Form by November 17, 2024.
